Welcome to Ava’s Thread of Hope

Crafting Hope, One Bracelet at a Time

Ava’s Thread of Hope is a handmade jewelry shop dedicated to raising awareness about Potocki Lupski Syndrome (PTLS), a rare genetic disorder. Founded by Ava Pulley and her mom, each bracelet is handmade with love by Ava.

When she was just a year old, Ava was diagnosed with PTLS. She is now a thriving young adult who loves life and her community. Her syndrome is also known as the "happy gene," as her disposition – and others living with PTLS – are generally very happy individuals. Our uniquely beaded bracelets are not only stylish, but also serve as symbols of hope and support. Each bracelet you purchase contributes to our mission of spreading awareness about Ava's syndrome. Join us in making a difference, one bracelet at a time.

Explore our collection to find the perfect bracelet that resonates with you, and wear it proudly to show your support.
